As President of Red Hot Learning, a learning innovations company, Mr. Dunfield has provided thought leadership on games for health at Brandon Hall’s Innovations in Learning Conference, games for learning and media at the Online News Association (ONA) conference, games for civic engagement for the Conference Board of Canada, and briefed government officials.

He has also advised the Committee of Concerned Journalists-- a consortium worried about the future of the profession -- and the associated Donald W. Reynolds Journalism Institute at the University of Missouri School of Journalism on new ways to engage audiences by adapting proven learning techniques from learning applications, computer simulations and serious games to journalism.

Mr. Dunfield has led numerous game design and development projects with internationally recognized clients including the EA Game Innovation Lab, the LA Times, the Childrens Hospital of LA, the Annenberg Foundation, CADE (University of Illinois at Chicago, School of Public Health), This is Pop (New York), as well as a number of other national and international organizations.
